Hope this plug-in is useful to you also.. Here are some screen shots from my Admin section after installing the plug-in..

This plugin enables most of the advanced features of TinyMCE, the WordPress’ WYSIWYG editor. It adds 12 plugins to TinyMCE: Advanced HR, Advanced Image, Advanced Link, Context Menu, Full Screen, Layer, Media, Print, Search and Replace, Table, Visual Characters and XHTML Extras. Together these plugins add over 30 new buttons to the toolbar, which is now two rows plus one hidden row.

All plugins work well, except the Media plugin that has some problems with IE6 (it can edit already embedded flash, qt, wmv, etc. but wouldn’t add them). Also sometimes when turning on fullscreen mode in Firefox, the screen gets corrupted showing through some of the page. To fix it, click “Save and Continue Editing” button.
Some of the new features added by this plugin are:

Imports all CSS classes from the main theme’s stylesheet and add them to a drop-down list.

Fullscreen mode.

Support for making and editing tables.

Much better (advanced) link and image dialogs that offer a lot of options.

Search and Replace while editing.

Some support for XHTML specific tags and for layers.

Well one of these days if you want to make your web site popular then it had be at least on 1st page of Google search results. My site has been the 1st page of Google search results. Actually it’s a dream of every web site owner and my dream too… It became true a few years back. Since then I’ve held the number one spot on Google, for my name on the search results i.e. “Asela”. Well you might say that keyword is not that popular, then tell me why it says “Results one – ten of about 111,000” when search “Asela” is put into Google. The beauty is not only that it’s number one on Google, but also Yahoo & Microsoft Live search. These are all major search engines, (thats what you call SEO) I believe those are the only search engines people use these days

So my next step is to take this blog onto the first results page of Google. As an example last week I had written a blog post regarding “Zero bytes in C Drive”. I’ve already seen it in the first result page of Google search. (It can change from time to time as the Google index is changing all the time). So we will see what I can do to hit more result pages… And I will try to share the secrets to what you can do to hit the first result pages.
Google Search Results for “Asela”

Yahoo Search Results for “Asela”

You might think what Google AdSense Ads are doing (now also at right side) at my Blog. Well it’s ok if I hosted my blog in free Web hosting servers or running under some other 3rd party Free blog service as some of them place their own Ads in our blogs & trying to earn some money by using us. So I just thought why not try that model and try to get some revenue from my blog at least for pay my hosting fee. Is it going to work fro me.. Will see..

You also can try AdSense & make some revenue from your blog or web site

To integrate the AdSense in to my Blog I used a WordPress plugin call AdSense Injection plugin. I done a research to find a plugin to integrate Adsense in to my existing blog & found a plugin call AdsenseDeluxe but it didn’t worked with my blog so done some more research and found AdSense Injection plugin but seems like this one is better as it can place ads even in older posts

I was looking for a simple simple Wordpress plugin that just inserted Adsense code randomly into a pre-existing blog. All the ones I found would only replace an Adsense comment with Adsense code. That’s great if you want to go through every article you have and post little adsense tags, but for a site that has some bulk to it, it sucks.

It also increased banner blindness by keeping the ads in the same place time after time.

My new Adsense Injection plugin just takes a random paragraph (or br tag) break in your article and inserts adsense code. It does one per story on multi-post pages (home, archive, category) and let’s you pick how many to show on single post pages. It lets you pick how many total ads to show at any time as well (0-3) and it lets you set the formats and colors you want it to randomly select from.

Playing with my Wordpress Themes & few Word press pluggings I’ve got some problems with setting up link structure of this blog What I want is to give direct links to the blog posts like – http://www.asela.net/blog/welcome-to-my-new-blog But still it not working.. I’ve asked help from my web host WebHost4Life (I know it’s not the best blog hosting place) Well the Help desk guys also tried there best to help me, And from John Chow well he said there must be problem with the security.. Anyway at the end I had to stick with the other option link as http://www.asela.net/blog/index.php/welcome-to-my-new-blog Will see..
